Mobiliye filed its S-1 last Friday. Intel bought Mobileye in 2017 for ~15bn. Rumor was they planned to list it for 50bn but are now hoping for 30bn. I think they will struggle to get the 30 and 15 should be considered a win given market conditions. More from Reuters, FT.
